After being told I will
never
be able to walk in bear feet again...
After being unable to without causing
agonizing
pain...
After being told to
never
go without orthotics...
After two
stumped
doctors....
And one physical therapist that was
afraid
to touch me because
she was convinced that I had
numerous stress fractures....
After 17 loooong painful months...
Of chronic pain...
Caused by
locked up,
 hardened
 muscles...
Many months of
agonizing
physical therapy...
Stretching....
Strenthening....
Dry needling...
Scraping away the
scar tissue....
I can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel.
I'm walking for the
first time
in bear feet without causing my therapy efforts to backslide.
I feel like celebrating!
(And it couldn't come at a better time because this
heat
is killing me!)
